Brian Beaney FRPS BPE 3*
I started to develop my style of imaging in 2001 when I retired from the printing trade as a reprographic specialist. I found by experimenting with 'Photoshop' I was able to merge art techniques with the photographic image to create pictures that had light, mood and atmosphere. It was important to me to retain a strong photographic element as well as an appealing art or painted look.
This style of photography has led me to a Fellowship with the RPS in 2005 and has brought success in National and International Exhibitions.
I am currently lecturing and demonstrating around England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
In the short time I have been with the Beyond Group I have been inspired to continue to push the boundaries of Photographic Art and support them in their Exhibition plans.
